It was late one summer night when my brother and I heard a kitten meowing on our front porch. We went outside and there was this little calico kitten with a bow around her neck. We took her inside and gave her some food. Patches remained with me until her untimely death of cancer on January 14, 2004.
Patches enjoyed the outdoors and loved to climb trees and hunt rabbits. She is headstrong and determined to have her way, but she is also the most loving cat I ever had. She would curl up on my lap while I watched television. She would sleep with me at night. Patches is part domestic short hair and part Siamese. These pictures were taken from when she was only
a year old to about five years of age.
